Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior SPM Solution Engineer to join the Solution Engineering team. You will drive customer success by designing compelling SPM solutions, delivering executive-level demonstrations, and enabling cross-functional teams to win large enterprise deals.

You will collaborate with sales leaders and account executives to understand customer goals and translate them into scalable, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related industry.
• Experience using Salesforce as a power user or admin.
• Salesforce certifications a plus (Administrator, Architect).
• Previous experience with enterprise-level clients in a Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering role.
• Excellent speaking and presentations skills, both in-person and virtual.
• Strong writing skills for internal and external communications.
• Strong time management to run multiple projects and cycles in parallel.
• Creative mindset with a drive to develop enterprise solutions.
• Business acumen with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer goals and challenges throughout the sales cycle.
• Present executive-level product demonstrations to key stakeholders illustrating the value of SPM.
• Establish technical credibility and rapport through product demonstrations and technical discovery calls.
• Create innovative solutions using out-of-the-box thinking to support client initiatives.
• Conduct enablement activities (webinars, best practices, knowledge sharing) for customers and peers.
• Enable the broader Solution Engineering team and cross-functional partners to showcase the Salesforce value within the portfolio.
• Become an expert in all SPM applications while maintaining proficiency in the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to relay feedback and identify product and process improvements.
• Leverage Salesforce internal resources to build SPM brand awareness and assist in enterprise deals.
