Salesforce is hiring Senior and Lead Members of Technical Staff to join our Master Data Management (MDM) Engineering group in San Francisco. You will design, develop, and operate AI‑powered developer tools and data integration platforms that support entity resolution, golden records, and corporate hierarchies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, enterprise integration, or MDM platforms.
• Proven experience leveraging modern AI-assisted development platforms to improve engineering productivity.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and agentic workflows in software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica SaaS MDM, particularly with party data models.
• Strong development experience with Java, REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience building MuleSoft integrations, API orchestration services, Airflow workflows, ETL/ELT pipelines, and large-scale data engineering.
• Experience with Kafka or similar event-streaming technologies, CDC, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud services and cloud-native development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, database design, and distributed data processing architectures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A related technical degree required

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered developer tools, engineering automation, and productivity accelerators.
• Build and maintain end-to-end MDM integration systems, including MuleSoft integrations and Airflow workflows.
• Implement entity resolution, golden record lifecycle management, and hierarchy processing.
• Build integrations with data providers like Dun & Bradstreet, Moody's, and Leadspace.
• Design and optimize data models, databases, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Ensure production-grade monitoring, observability, security by design, and operational readiness.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted software engineering practices.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and release activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams.
