Job summary

You will lead hands-on technical execution, build platform capabilities, and align across business and technology teams to deliver measurable results.

The role requires deep MDM experience, data modeling, AI/ML awareness, and the ability to drive governance, data quality, and enterprise standards in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, data, or business.
• Proven enablement of data capabilities for business outcomes.
• Hands-on MDM depth with enterprise platforms.
• Experience across Registry, Consolidation, Coexistence, or Centralized models.
• Strong data modeling, match/merge, and survivorship design.
• APIs, ETL/ELT, SQL, and real-time/batch integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on ownership for the MDM program and align across teams.
• Define the reference architecture and multi-year evolution with clear stage criteria.
• Drive adoption tooling, documentation, and hands-on enablement; build prototypes.
• Engage business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure trusted golden records.
• Design and implement the data quality, lineage, and governance metrics and dashboards.
• Provide regular, executive-ready governance updates and enforce technical standards.
