Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an accomplished MDM Technical Lead to own the architecture evolution across Customer, Supplier, and Legal Entity domains, and to drive a lean, AI-enabled MDM program. You will lead technical execution, set standards, and translate an ambitious roadmap into measurable deliverables.

You will influence across business, DT, procurement, and domain teams; mentor engineers and data stewards; and shape decisions with governance, data quality, and scalable, auditable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, Data, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years experience enabling data capabilities for business outcomes.
• Hands-on MDM depth with enterprise MDM platform experience.
• Experience across Registry, Consolidation, Coexistence, Centralized MDm styles.
• Strong data modeling, reference-data, and survivorship design.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture evolution from Registry to Centralized MDM.
• Lead technical build-vs-buy evaluation and vendor PoC assessments.
• Drive adoption via tooling, documentation, and enablement.
• Engage stakeholders and ensure governance, lineage, and auditability.
