Job summary

Planet Group seeks a Senior Product Owner for Master Data Management (MDM) in Dallas. You will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of an enterprise MDM platform for a healthcare SaaS client, partnering with data governance, engineering, and analytics stakeholders to establish a trusted data foundation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or related enterprise roles.
• 5+ years as Product Owner for enterprise data platforms.
• Hands-on Informatica MDM.
• Strong knowledge of MDM concepts: Golden Records, Match & Merge, Entity Resolution, Survivorship.
• Experience managing Agile backlogs with software teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the enterprise MDM platform.
• Collaborate with Data Governance, Data Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and business teams to prioritize initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile delivery activities.
• Drive data quality, governance, stewardship, and survivorship rules per MDM.
• Partner with engineering to deliver scalable enterprise data solutions.
• Support integrations across APIs, analytics platforms, and data warehouses.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to data quality, platform adoption, and business value.
• Communicate product strategy and roadmap updates to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
