Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager (MDM) to transform master data strategy into enterprise-wide outcomes driving analytics, risk management, and growth. You will own data capabilities, collaborate with architects, engineers and governance teams, and ensure trusted data is embedded into key business processes and systems.

8+ years of experience in technical product management or enterprise data delivery.
Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts (golden records, entity resolution, survivorship).
Experience guiding Agile delivery, backlog management, and stakeholder prioritization.

Responsibilities

Own the Master Data Management roadmap from planning to delivery and adoption.
Translate business requirements into technical specs, data contracts, and integration plans.
Lead Agile ceremonies, align cross-functional teams, and measure outcomes with data quality and adoption metrics.
