Job summary

Masthead Technologies is seeking an experienced MDM Architect to design scalable data models and governance for enterprise master data. You will translate business requirements into robust MDM architectures and collaborate with business, data, integration, and engineering teams to drive end-to-end solution design.

The role requires hands-on experience with major MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Reltio, Profisee, Stibo, Ataccama) and a proven track record across customer, product, supplier,

Qualifications

• Experience as an MDM/Data/Solution Architect.
• Hands-on experience designing and building MDM data models.
• Strong understanding of MDM entities, attributes, relationships, hierarchies, golden records, match/merge, survivorship, and data governance.
• Experience working with complex enterprise data and multiple source systems.
• Strong architecture, data modeling, technical design, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable MDM data models based on business and data requirements.
• Define entities, attributes, relationships, hierarchies, identifiers, and reference data.
• Design golden-record, match/merge, survivorship, and source-of-truth strategies.
• Analyze source systems and define source-to-target mappings into the MDM model.
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models and technical design documentation.
• Translate business requirements into MDM architecture and underlying data structures.
• Work closely with business, data, integration, and engineering teams to drive end-to-end MDM solution design.
• Guide implementation of the designed model using Informatica MDM, Reltio, Profisee, Stibo, Ataccama, or similar platforms, where applicable.
