Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Managing Director for Joint Ventures & Partnerships in Chicago. You will originate high-value advisory engagements, shape client strategy, and expand a differentiated market offering in joint ventures and partnerships.

Lead collaborations with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and a broad client base to grow revenue, visibility, and long-term relationships. This is a high-impact leadership role within Business Services.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant consulting, advisory, or corporate development experience.
• Experience with joint ventures and strategic alliances for Fortune 500 companies.
• Proven ability to originate and expand significant advisory engagements.
• Portable network of executive-level client relationships.
• Deep understanding of partnership structuring and governance.
• Track record of building or scaling teams or market positions.
• Excellent communication skills for driving growth and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close advisory engagements with senior executives.
• Develop and manage a sustainable pipeline of revenue opportunities.
• Deliver $2.5M-$5M in revenue within 12 months.
• Build and lead a differentiated offering within joint ventures and partnerships.
• Advise clients on partnership strategy and governance.
• Mentor and develop team members on engagements.
• Strengthen market visibility through thought leadership.
