Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Staff Systems Engineer to support use case development, requirements definition/allocation, and MBSE modeling using Cameo on the Sentinel program.

You will lead architecture content for large defense programs, manage interfaces, and drive requirements traceability while coordinating with cross-functional teams. U.S. citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance is required, with eligibility for enhanced clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 14+ years experience; or Master's with 12+; or PhD with 9+ years.
• Active DoD Secret clearance
• Experience managing requirements in DOORS
• Experience with MBSE tools (Cameo)
• Experience with Agile tools (JIRA/Confluence)
• Experience with interface control documents and system documentation
• Experience with C2, cybersecurity, and large program systems

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program IPT to develop SE artifacts.
• Develop architecture content for large programs using Cameo.
• Develop and manage system requirements and traceability.
• Lead L2 C&L Specification teams and interfaces coordination.
• Drive SE processes, tool integration, and MBSE governance.
• Support trades studies and system integration activities
