You will guide systems engineering across the lifecycle, collaborating with IPTs to produce rigorous artifacts and mature a large-scale weapon system design. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, MBSE expertise, and proficiency with Cameo Enterprise Architecture to define requirements, architecture and verification strategies.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance at time of application.
• Experience in ICMBs or complex aerospace/defense systems.
• Experience with MBSE and model-based system development.
• Ability to develop, allocate, and trace requirements and create system architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate on rigorous systems engineering artifacts across the lifecycle.
• Develop use cases, requirements, allocations, and interface definitions.
• Model system architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (behavioral, structural, analytical).
• Drive requirements management and verification activities with IPT teams.
• Contribute to MBSE products and governance across multiple development phases.
