Northrop Grumman Corp. in Roy, UT is seeking a Systems Engineer (level 2) or Principal Systems Engineer (level 3) to support the Sentinel Program.

Responsibilities include use case development, requirements allocation, and system architecture modeling using Cameo, with clearances and defense domain experience emphasized. The role requires MBSE proficiency, strong communication, and collaboration across IPTs; travel is minimal and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 2 years of experience, or 0 years with a Master’s.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher at the time of application.
• Ability to obtain SAP approval within a reasonable period.
• 1 year of experience with MBSE/MBE and tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody or MagicDRAW.
• 1–2 years of experience with C2, cybersecurity, NC3, or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop engineering artifacts.
• Work with technical teams and stakeholders to mature architecture content for large programs.
• Develop and incorporate requirements for the system and ensure proper model representation.
• Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
• Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis.
• Develop unifying modeling techniques, procedures, and processes.
• Be self-driven, tackle challenges, and propose improvements to leadership.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
