Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to join the Sentinel program in the United States. The role involves use case development, requirements definition/allocation, functional decomposition, interface definition, verification/validation, and requirements traceability.

Collaborate with program IPTs to mature architecture across large programs. Develop architecture using Cameo and contribute to system requirements, management, and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 12 years of experience or advanced degrees with corresponding years of experience.
• US Citizenship with an active DoD Secret Clearance, current within 6 years.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance and SAP approval.
• 1 year of experience managing requirements in DOORS.
• 3 years of experience in SEIT and MBSE using Cameo.
• 1 year of experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA/Confluence).
• 3 years of experience with one or more of: C2, security, cybersecurity, comms, facility design, military aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop systems engineering artifacts.
• Work with technical teams to mature architecture content for large programs.
• Develop and ensure requirements are represented in the model.
• Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
• Contribute to system requirements development and traceability.
• Develop unifying modeling techniques and processes for teams.
