Job summary

Deloitte’s Strategy & Transactions team seeks a senior Maximo lead to guide asset management transformations for major clients. You will lead a team of consultants, translate business requirements into technical designs, and oversee configuration in Maximo, MIF, and reporting tooling.

Travel up to 50% may be required; IBM Maximo certification and multiple full life cycle implementations are highly valued as you drive solutions from design through delivery while preserving quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of consulting experience.
• 8+ years designing, configuring, and supporting Maximo processes.
• 4+ full life cycle Implementations of Maximo.
• IBM Maximo certification (7.6.x).
• Experience with MIF, APIs, SOAP and Maximo add-ons.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Knowledge of Maximo Security Framework and reporting (BIRT).
• Ability to lead projects and client-facing initiatives.
• Experience with Maximo Anywhere or mobile solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions to understand asset/work management processes and prepare requirements.
• Convert requirements into technical specs and interface between users and Maximo team.
• Act as Maximo technical lead to develop design documents with the architect.
• Lead a team of Maximo consultants to develop/configure the design in Maximo.
• Hands-on Maximo configuration, MIF, integration, and reporting.
• Create artifacts for development and testing and ensure process compliance.
• Perform data loads using MIF or MXLoader to Maximo.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
• Assist customers in testing and validation.
• Liaise between business and tech teams to translate requirements clearly.
• Lead or support proposal development and client relationships.
