Job summary

Deloitte France seeks an experienced Maximo lead to guide asset and work management transformations for a diverse client base. You will act as the interface between business users and the Maximo technical team, driving design, configuration, and integration efforts.

You will oversee a team of consultants, perform hands-on Maximo work, and ensure quality delivery across data loads, security, reporting, and testing. Travel up to 50% may be required, with strong client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of consulting experience in a professional services setting.
• Deep Maximo knowledge across Asset, Work, Inventory, Procurement and Service modules.
• Experience with Maximo architecture, code migration, environment management and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions to understand asset and work management processes and capture business requirements.
• Convert requirements into technical specs and act as liaison between users and Maximo team.
• Lead design and development of Maximo solutions with the technical architect.
• Head a team of Maximo consultants to implement configurations.
• Perform hands-on Maximo configuration, security setup and reporting (BIRT).
• Create development/testing artifacts and ensure compliance with Maximo processes.
• Load data via MIF or MXLoader into Maximo.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
• Assist customers during testing and validation.
• Bridge business and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Support proposal development and client relationship building.
