Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a seasoned Maximo specialist to guide asset management implementations and lead a team of consultants. You will translate business requirements into technical design, configure Maximo modules, and drive integration and reporting efforts across complex environments.

You will collaborate with clients to ensure solutions meet business needs, manage deployments, and deliver high-quality results. Travel up to 50% may be required based on client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment.
• 8+ years of experience designing, configuring, and supporting Maximo business processes.
• Minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations.
• Deep understanding and configuration of Maximo applications across modules.
• Understanding of Maximo Technical Architecture incl. code migration and environment management.
• Hands-on experience with MIF, APIs, batch, and SOAP integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Maximo Security Framework.
• Experience with at least one Maximo add-on (e.g., Spatial, Transportation, Utilities).
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions on asset and work management processes and capture business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and liaise between users and Maximo team.
• Act as Maximo technical lead to develop design documents with the architect.
• Lead a team of Maximo consultants to configure the design in Maximo.
• Hands-on configuration in Maximo, including MIF, security, and reports (BIRT).
• Create artifacts for development/testing and ensure compliance with Maximo processes.
• Perform data loads using MIF or MXLoader to Maximo.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
• Assist customers in testing and validation and support go-live.
• Coordinate between business and technical teams for delivered solutions.
