Job summary

TALENT Software Services seeks a highly experienced Technical Program Lead & Solution Architect for IBM Maximo to steer large-scale EAM transformations. You will define asset management strategies, architect MAS solutions, and lead client engagements across global teams.

The role requires deep Maximo expertise, enterprise integration know-how, cloud and mobility insight, and a track record of delivering on time and budget, with strong governance and business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT.
10+ years in IBM Maximo with 5+ years in architecture leadership.
Proven experience delivering large-scale IBM Maximo implementations.
PMP and PMI-ACP certifications.
Experience leading programs valued at multi-million dollars with multiple workstreams.
Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, implementation, and support of IBM Maximo 7.6.x and MAS solutions.
Serve as the technical lead for EAM, architecture, integrations, data management, and cloud deployments.
Partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, high-performing solutions.
Design and maintain data governance, master data management, and data quality standards.
Lead data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Architect and oversee enterprise integrations between Maximo and ERP, GIS, HR, financial, IoT.
Ensure performance, availability, security, scalability, and compliance with standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to architects, developers, and analysts.
