Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment.
• 8+ years of experience designing, configuring, and supporting Maximo business processes.
• 4 full life cycle Maximo implementations.
• Deep Maximo configuration knowledge and security framework.
• Experience with MIF, integration via APIs, batch, and SOAP.
• Maximo reporting with BIRT and add-ons experience.
• willing to travel up to 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions on asset and work management processes and capture business requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical specs and liaison between users and technical teams.
• Serve as Maximo technical lead for design documents with the architect.
• Lead a team of Maximo consultants to configure design in Maximo.
• Perform hands-on configuration, manage security, and develop reports.
• Create artifacts for development/testing and ensure process compliance.
• Load data via MIF or MXLoader into Maximo.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
• Assist customer users in testing and validation.
• Support proposal development and client relationship activities.
