Job summary
Expedite Talent Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Lead & Solution Architect for IBM Maximo to lead large-scale EAM transformations in Orlando. This on-site role requires defining enterprise asset management strategies, architecting IBM Maximo and MAS solutions, and guiding multidisciplinary teams.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IBM Maximo, PMP and PMI-ACP, proven delivery across deployments, integrations, cloud migrations, and strong executive stakeholder
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- 10+ years of IBM Maximo experience with leadership in architecture roles.
- PMP and PMI-ACP certifications are required.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale Maximo/ MAS implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, implementation, and support of IBM Maximo MAS solutions.
- Act as technical lead for EAM, integrations, data management, and cloud deployments.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
- Define data governance standards across Maximo and integrated systems.
- Manage data migration, validation, and reconciliation for deployments and upgrades.
- Oversee enterprise integrations and ensure performance, security, and compliance.
- Provide mentorship to architects, developers, and support teams.
- Lead governance sessions and drive delivery of best practices.
