Job summary

DMI, LLC is seeking a Maximo Development Lead to join our team and drive enterprise asset management initiatives. The role requires deep Maximo expertise, strong project leadership, and hands-on system design across multiple platforms.

The position involves supporting WMATA SDLC processes, conducting analyses, and delivering high-availability solutions. Candidates should have PMP, ITIL, and IBM certifications and be able to work on-site in the Washington DC area.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree with a Bachelor's in MIS/CS/Math/Finance/Business/Public Administration or related.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible technical experience with complex information systems in a large organization.
• IBM Certified Advanced Deployment Professional – IBM Service Management Asset Management.
• Maximo 7.6 certification.
• ITIL Expert Level certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Oracle Exadata Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Support WMATA SDLC tasks as directed by Maximo Task Manager to support asset management efforts.
• Manage projects as assigned.
• Conduct cost/benefit analysis.
• Present oral/written reports and recommendations.
• Analyze, design, develop, implement, and support enterprise complex projects.
• Prepare AMS responses to audits and develop implementation plans.
