Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior IBM Maximo Developer to design, develop, and optimize IBM Maximo solutions for asset-intensive environments. You will lead technical efforts, mentor teammates, and drive enterprise integrations across MAS, Maximo Manage, and related platforms.

The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable EAM solutions with strong scripting, data migration, and performance optimization capabilities, in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience with Maximo solutions.
• Experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with Maximo MAS, Maximo Manage, or Maximo Asset Management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy and support IBM Maximo solutions.
• Develop integrations via MIF, REST APIs and web services.
• Mentor developers and support Agile planning and release management.
• Lead or participate in data migration, performance tuning, and operational support.
