Job summary

Serco is seeking a highly experienced Senior IBM Maximo Developer to design, develop, integrate, and optimize IBM Maximo solutions for asset-intensive organizations. You will lead as a technical SME for MAS, Maximo Manage, and related technologies, guiding architecture, integrations, performance, and best practices.

The role requires hands-on Maximo development, solution architecture, data migration, and mentoring of team members across federal and commercial environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience developing, configuring, integrating, administering, or supporting IBM Maximo solutions.
• Experience in large, complex enterprise environments with Maximo MAS/Manage.
• Strong scripting and development skills for automation and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support IBM Maximo solutions for asset management.
• Develop integrations between Maximo and external systems using MIF and REST APIs.
• Lead or mentor technical teammates and participate in architecture reviews.
• Configure Maximo modules, workflows, and security constructs to meet business needs.
• Develop offline/mobile capabilities and field-data collection features.
• Administer and optimize Maximo environments on OpenShift, Kubernetes, and related stacks.
