Job summary

Serco is seeking a highly experienced Senior IBM Maximo Developer to design, develop, integrate, and optimize IBM Maximo solutions supporting asset-intensive organizations. You will guide technical teams, mentor peers, and drive Best Practice in MAS, Maximo Manage, and Maximo Mobile across complex environments.

The role emphasizes architecture, system integration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting while delivering secure, scalable EAM solutions for federal and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with IBM Maximo solutions and MAS.
• Experience designing, configuring, integrating, and administering Maximo environments.
• Strong knowledge of database design, performance, and data migration.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs and plans.
• Experience leading technical work and mentoring teammates.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Maximo solutions.
• Develop automation scripts using Jython/Python and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain integrations via MIF, REST, and web services.
• Configure screens, workflows, security, and data domains in Maximo.
• Lead data migration, performance tuning, and issue triage in enterprise environments.
