Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior IBM Maximo Developer to design, develop, and optimize IBM Maximo solutions across federal and commercial environments. You will lead technical efforts, mentor teammates, and deliver secure, scalable EAM capabilities using MAS, Maximo Manage, and Maximo Mobile.

The role requires hands-on development, software integration, performance tuning, and strong communication with clients, analysts, and operations teams. Travel up to 10% may be required, and U.S.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience developing, configuring, integrating, administering, or supporting IBM Maximo solutions.
• Experience with MAS/Maximo Manage/Maximo Asset Management in large environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support IBM Maximo solutions.
• Develop automation scripts using Jython/Python, JavaScript, SQL, XML.
• Build, test, and maintain integrations via MIF, REST APIs, and web services.
• Lead or support data migration/conversion activities and data quality processes.
• Mentor developers and conduct architecture and code reviews.
