Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Technical Program Lead & Solution Architect for IBM Maximo to lead large-scale EAM transformations. You will architect Maximo MAS solutions, oversee data governance, and align technology with business goals.

You will manage cross-functional teams, engage executives, and drive scalable, secure deployments across ERP, GIS, HR, and IoT integrations. A deep MAS and OpenShift background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of architecture, design, and implementation experience with IBM Maximo 7.6.x.
• Strong program leadership and client-facing consulting track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, implementation, and support of IBM Maximo 7.6.x and MAS solutions across complex EAM environments.
• Define and implement data governance, master data management, data migration, and data quality strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams.
• Lead large-scale EAM transformation programs, managing scope, budget, schedules, resources, risks, quality, and delivery.
• Architect integrations between Maximo and ERP, GIS, HR, financial, and IoT platforms.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for performance, security, compliance, and operations.
