Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Technical Program Lead & Solution Architect – IBM Maximo in Orlando to lead large-scale EAM transformations. You will architect Maximo/MAS solutions, drive integrations with ERP, HR, and IoT systems, and guide data governance and cloud deployments.

The role requires a deep IBM Maximo background, MAS expertise with OpenShift, and strong leadership in client-facing engagements to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of architecture, design, implementation, and support of IBM Maximo 7.6.x.
• Strong understanding of MAS solutions with Red Hat OpenShift.
• Experience with large-scale EAM transformation programs, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and support of IBM Maximo 7.6.x and MAS solutions across complex EAM environments.
• Serve as the technical lead for EAM, application architecture, integrations, data management, cloud deployments, and operational processes.
• Architect and oversee integrations between Maximo and ERP, GIS, HR, finance, and IoT platforms.
• Define and implement data governance, master data management, data migration, and data quality strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams; conduct architecture reviews and governance sessions.
• Act as trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders; align Maximo solutions with strategic objectives.
