Job summary

Cambium Learning Group is seeking a Math Senior Content Advisor for Product Development, with a focus on developing innovative assessment products and leading content strategy. You will collaborate across divisions, present to senior leadership, and help shape standards and assessments for K-12 environments.

The role requires deep math content knowledge, at least 8 years in assessment content leadership, and willingness to travel 1–8 times per year for client and cross‑divisional meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Math Education; 8+ years leading content for large-scale assessments.
• Deep content knowledge and experience with innovative assessment products.
• Experience in TAC participation and senior leadership presentations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of innovative assessment products from research to implementation.
• Present content expertise in TAC meetings and to senior leadership.
• Manage client and stakeholder expectations and resolve requests promptly.
• Lead content test development and standards setting meetings as needed.
