Job summary

Cambium Assessment, part of Cambium Learning Group, seeks a Manager with deep mathematics content expertise to guide innovation in assessment development across programs. You will lead content specialists and collaborate with senior leaders and clients in a remote-first setting.

You will oversee test development, contribute as a senior reviewer, and drive content-related meetings, standard setting, and training, while occasionally traveling to engage with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Deep content knowledge in mathematics and education assessments.
• Experience leading development of content for large-scale summative assessments (8+ years).
• Experience with U.S. Education System and Education Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Test Developers and Item Writers.
• Lead complex content and test development plans.
• Present in TAC meetings and to senior leadership.
• Coordinate client and stakeholder communications and expectations.
