RTX (Raytheon) in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Material Program Manager to lead supply chain tasks for production, depot and sustainment contracts onsite at our Tucson facility. The role ensures material requirements are met, manages budgets, and drives cost, schedule and quality outcomes with strong supplier engagement.

The position requires a university degree or equivalent and at least 2 years in a supply chain role, with EVMS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; 2+ years in a supply chain role.
• Experience in procurement, supplier management, contracts, performance analysis or program management.

Responsibilities

• Manage material forecasting and identify risks and related opportunities.
• Manage material budgets and support EACs for the programs.
• Execute make/buy/where process.
• Assist with generation of SSOW (Supplier Statement of Work).
• Generate and process Supplier New Add / Re-Activation requests.
• Drive Purchase Requisition creation and PO placement/management.
• Participate in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure performance.
• Monitor performance metrics and address program and functional issues.
• Domestic travel required.
• Onsite role at Tucson, AZ facility.
