Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Materials Manager to lead materials management for complex projects in Idaho. You will source, procure, and oversee on-site contractor activities, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory control.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, optimizing lead times, and sustaining safety standards while aligning with project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages material management practices with client.
• Works with local vendors to obtain materials for expedited requests.
• Ensures materials adhere to schedules and communicates with stakeholders.
• Performs material take-offs and determines necessary material for project.
• Manages vendor shipments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintains inventory in the inventory system and tracks materials.
