Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group seeks a Senior Materials Manager to lead overall materials management on EPC energy projects. You will source, procure, and oversee on-site contractor material activities to meet construction timelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, ensuring inventory accuracy, and driving efficient warehouse operations while frequently traveling to project sites and collaborating with the project team and client representatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Construction industry/EPC exposure in energy delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages materials sourcing, procurement, and on-site contractor oversight.
• Interfaces with vendors and procurement to meet schedules and material needs.
• Performs material take-offs and ensures timely delivery and quality.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and manages warehousing layout for efficiency.
• Coordinates receiving, issuing, and disposition of materials and POs.
• Acts as liaison among project team, suppliers, and construction management.
