Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes is recruiting a Sr. Manager, Materials Management, acting as a technology product owner for materials management across R&D and product development.

You will define the product vision, drive digital enablement, and ensure solutions align with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and end-user needs. This is a highly visible leadership role partnering with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in IT product management, product ownership, or tech leadership for complex domains.
• Experience translating R&D and supply chain needs into roadmaps, value cases, and backlogs.
• Experience in regulated environments with quality systems, validation, and compliance expectations.
• Proven leadership influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Own product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Materials Management technology solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear, prioritized requirements and user stories with stakeholders.
• Lead application of AI, analytics, and automation to modernize platforms and accelerate development.
• Oversee backlog prioritization, releases, and value realization aligned with digital strategies.
• Ensure regulatory, quality, and data integrity compliance in a regulated medical device environment.
• Guide design decisions on materials data, BOMs, change management, and traceability.
• Collaborate with IT delivery teams, architects, and vendors for scalable solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements from user feedback and outcomes.
• Provide mentorship to product owners and cross-functional teams.
