Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supplier Quality Manager to be located in Raynham, MA (with travel to other sites). You will establish and monitor robust supplier QA programs to ensure external manufacturers meet DePuy Synthes quality and regulatory requirements, driving continuous improvement and strong leadership.

Responsibilities include leading supplier controls, audits, CAPA, change management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure safe, effective products and compliant supply chains.

Qualifications

• 6+ years progressive experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience in a managerial capacity.
• Experience working with Suppliers and supplier quality systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of compliance issues and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality and purchasing controls for external manufacturers, ensuring systems meet standards.
• Drive supplier performance and risk management with audits and quality metrics.
• Champion continuous improvement and digital transformation of supplier quality processes.
• Provide technical quality leadership for nonconformance, CAPA, change control, and process controls.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and support lifecycle activities.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team with training programs and accountability.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections while ensuring GMP, safety and environmental commitments.
