Job summary

DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson, is seeking a Professional, Customer Orders to support order-to-cash processes from Raynham, MA and other locations. You will translate business needs into requirements, collaborate with IT and business partners, and lead testing and releases while applying analytics to improve customer experiences.

This role operates in a regulated environment, with travel up to 10% domestically, and reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a IT, business, or engineering field is required.
• 2-4 years in IT, technology product, or business systems analyst roles for commercial processes.
• Experience with enterprise apps supporting customer orders and data analysis.
• Proven ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable specs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Commercial partners and IT to translate orders into requirements.
• Support lifecycle of customer orders tech products, including testing and releases.
• Lead AI, analytics, and automation efforts to modernize platforms.
• Collaborate across Sales, CS, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to improve processes.
• Analyze business processes to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Participate in system configuration, UAT, and validation activities.
• Support incident management and drive continuous improvement.
