Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supplier Quality Manager to oversee external manufacturers across Raynham, MA; Warsaw, IN; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; West Chester, PA. You will lead supplier quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with global regulations and DePuy Synthes requirements.

The role requires a strong background in regulated industries, experience managing teams, and proven ability to lead investigations, CAPA, and supplier qualifications.

Qualifications

• University/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering/Scientific or related technical field.
• Advanced degree in engineering/science preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in a regulated industry.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with Suppliers and supplier quality systems.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality for external manufacturers and ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
• Drive supplier performance, risk management, audits, and quality agreements.
• Champion continuous improvement and digital transformation of supplier quality processes.
• Provide technical leadership for investigations, CAPA, change management, and process controls.
• Partner with cross-functional and external manufacturers to resolve quality issues and mitigate risks.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team through coaching and training programs.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections while ensuring GMP, safety, and environmental commitments.
