Job summary

RigUp, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Materials Management Associate in Midland, TX. You will support inventory control, material movement, disposal/sales, and logistics coordination to ensure operational readiness for field activities.

Collaborate with Shared Services Supervisor, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Operations to maintain inventory accuracy and safety standards. This role focuses on hands-on material handling, strict adherence to SOPs, and contributing to field operations' success.

Qualifications

• Experience with OCTG and production equipment.
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Improve accuracy and efficiency across yards and warehouses, including training employees and contractors.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance material tracking.
• Coordinate workflows, mentor team members, and validate documentation for material movements.
• Identify, collect, and complete material sales for Investment Recovery.
