Job summary

Anduril Industries in Morrisville, NC, is seeking a Senior Manager of Material Management & Flow to optimize warehouse and material flow operations across our Morrisville facilities, establish metrics, and drive cost reductions without compromising quality.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement ERP/WMS improvements (Oracle and Odoo), and manage high-value inventory, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with 2+ years of people management in material flow engineering or similar.
• 3+ years in high-rate supply chain or manufacturing with heavy data utilization.
• Ability to read technical docs and CAD data; knowledge of hardware manufacturing processes.
• Travel up to 25% and willingness to relocate onsite in Morrisville, NC.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement material management strategies to optimize material flow across sites.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and quality to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery.
• Align material availability with production schedules and minimize disruptions.
• Own KPIs for production line health: cycle time, throughput, capacity, utilization, inventory accuracy.
• Use Oracle ERP and Odoo WMS to track inventory, generate reports, and drive data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive lean improvements across value chains.
• Develop processes to optimize workplans for highly variable demand across sites.
