Job summary

Anduril Industries in Southern California is seeking a Senior Materials Manager to design and drive warehouse operations, establish KPIs, and reduce costs while maintaining quality.

You will lead a high‑performing team, implement ERP/WMS systems, ensure regulatory compliance (AS9100/OSHA), and collaborate with procurement and production to meet customer demand onsite in Santa Ana or Costa Mesa. This role demands hands‑on leadership, process improvement, and data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in material management, inventory control, or supply chain in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• 2+ years of experience managing a lead of supervisors, associates or technicians.
• Ability to be onsite, local to Santa Ana, CA or Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop material management strategies, policies, and procedures to comply with regulations.
• Hiring & training talent to manage material flow per Anduril guidelines.
• Improve efficiency and eliminate waste in material management.
• Implement End-to-End material management measures and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand forecasting and procurement.
