Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager of Material Management & Flow to optimize warehouse and material flow across Morrisville, NC facilities. You will set metrics, drive improvements, and reduce costs while maintaining quality, with ERP/WMS systems like Oracle and Odoo guiding decisions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery of materials, and supervise a high-value inventory environment across multiple sites, advancing lean practices and value stream improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or other technical field/supply chain management.
• 5+ years of experience with 2+ years of people management experience in material flow engineering and management, inventory control, or supply chain management roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 3+ years of experience in a high-rate supply chain or manufacturing environment, where complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies are built with heavy data utilization.
• Ability to read technical documentation such as drawings and CAD data, understanding of hardware manufacturing processes for electronics and structures.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Morrisville,

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement material management strategies to optimize material flow across sites.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and quality for demand forecasting and procurement planning.
• Align material availability with production schedules to minimize disruptions.
• Own metrics and KPIs for production line health and efficiency; analyze usage trends for improvements.
• Implement inventory control measures including cycle counting and audits.
• Utilize ERP (Oracle) and WMS (Odoo) to track inventory and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Scale manufacturing processes from development to full rate production across programs.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive cross-functional resolution.
