Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager of Material Management & Flow in Morrisville, NC to optimize warehouse and material flow across a global manufacturing platform. You will set metrics, drive cost reductions while preserving quality, and lead a team through ERP/WMS implementations.

The ideal candidate has extensive supply chain knowledge, ERP/WMS experience, and a track record of managing high-value inventory, with ability to operate autonomously and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in material flow engineering and management with 2+ years in leadership.
• 3+ years in high-rate supply chain or manufacturing with complex assemblies.
• Ability to read technical docs, CAD data, and hardware processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and relocate onsite to Morrisville

Responsibilities

• Design and implement material management strategies to optimize flow across sites.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and quality for demand planning.
• Align material availability with production schedules to meet demand.
• Own KPIs for line health, throughput, capacity, utilization, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead inventory control, cycle counting, and audits to prevent stockouts.
• Use ERP (Oracle) and WMS (Odoo) to generate data-driven insights.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality protocols.
• Drive lean practices to optimize material handling and storage.
• Identify bottlenecks and coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, and QA
• Develop workplans for highly variable demands across sites
• Translate reports into actionable tasks for multiple facilities
