Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager of Material Management & Flow to optimize warehouse and material flow operations across Morrisville, NC facilities. Lead a cross-functional team, set performance metrics, and drive cost improvements while maintaining quality.

The role requires extensive supply chain knowledge, ERP/WMS experience (Oracle/Odoo), and a track record of managing high-value inventory in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field/supply chain management is required.
• 5+ years in material flow engineering/management with 2+ years in people management.
• 3+ years in high-rate supply chain/manufacturing with heavy data use.
• Ability to read technical drawings/CAD data and understand hardware manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement material management strategies to optimize material flow across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and quality for demand forecasting and procurement planning.
• Own metrics and KPIs for production line health and efficiency; analyze data to drive lean improvements.
• Utilize Oracle ERP and Odoo WMS to track inventory and generate actionable reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards across material management.
