Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior ERP & Scheduling Specialist to own material planning across the value chain, from BOMs to purchases and production signals. You’ll coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing to ensure timely, accurate material availability and align with program demand.

In this role you’ll oversee W.O. lifecycles, maintain serialization traceability, and drive ERP/MRP improvements to optimize scheduling, inventory, and compliance with FAR requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Material Planning and/or Supply Planning.
• Experience using Ai-driven data tools to track material requirements and scheduling metrics.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and knowledge of capacity planning and IMS.
• Comfort working under FAR guidelines for government-furnished material.
• Experience creating and optimizing purchase requisitions.
• Background in AS9100 quality systems and Lean/Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

• Own material planning signals from BOM evaluation to demand generation and purchase requisitions.
• Align demand with production schedules and track PO commitments for readiness.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Production to manage work orders and priorities.
• Maintain traceability and compliance within ERP to meet QMS and defense standards.
