Pratt & Whitney Holt site seeks an Associate Director to lead Materials Management and Delivery Assurance, directing planning, inventory, and compliance to meet financial and production goals. The role demands cross-functional leadership across Materials, Operations, Quality, and Engineering.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 12 years of related experience in Operations or Supply Chain, OR An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in an Operations or Supply Chain role.
• SAP or equivalent enterprise ERP system knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Create, Review / Approve annual spares / engine output and overdue burndown plans with key actions to drive operations team to success.
• Lead in developing tactical monthly, 3-month plan & performance to annual plan for entire operations team.
• Coordinate all material needs for Pratt & Whitney Holt.
• Negotiate cost reduction with consumable and chemical suppliers.
• Monitor supplier KPIs, predict shortages, and lead recovery plans with suppliers when shortages occur.
