Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Holt site seeks an Associate Director of Materials Management/Delivery Assurance to lead and execute strategic plans across materials readiness, MRPs, and delivery performance in a complex aerospace manufacturing environment.

The role partners with Materials, Operations, Quality, Engineering and senior Holt leadership to optimize on-time performance, reduce lead times, and strengthen MRP execution while enabling insourcing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years in operations or supply chain, or an advanced degree with 10+ years.
• Leadership experience in ops or supply chain (4+ years) preferred.
• ERP/SAP knowledge and material/procurement experience.
• Manufacturing ops experience in aerospace or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual spare parts and engine output plans with actionable steps.
• Lead monthly and 3-month plans aligned to annual targets.
• Drive on-time starts, lead time reductions, and inventory initiatives at Holt.
• Coordinate across Materials, Operations, Quality, Engineering and leadership teams.
• Oversee P.O. placement for consumables and negotiate supplier costs.
• Monitor supplier KPIs and lead recovery plans for shortages.
