Job summary

EPI Power, LLC, a subsidiary of The Weitz Company, is seeking a Sr. Material Control to manage material receiving, inventory, storage, and distribution for large-scale data center projects.

The role supports warehouse and construction operations and helps ensure schedules and efficiency. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in material control or construction logistics, is open to relocating, and can work six days a week (Mon-Sat).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of material control, inventory management, or construction logistics experience.
• Experience supporting large construction or data center projects preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Electrical construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material receiving, inventory tracking, storage coordination, and material distribution
• Maintain accurate inventory records and material documentation
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Field teams to support project schedules
• Resolve material discrepancies and delivery issues
• Monitor incoming and outgoing material deliveries
• Ensure materials are properly stored and readily available for construction operations
• Support inventory audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient warehouse operations
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and field leadership
