Worley is seeking a Senior Manager, Material Control to lead field-based material control on active industrial construction sites. You will oversee receiving, inventory, warehousing, tracking, and delivery to support safe, efficient project execution.

This leadership role requires 15+ years in materials management and proven ability to drive continuous improvement, manage cross-functional teams, and align strategies with project schedules and safety goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 15+ years of materials management, logistics, or construction support.
• Experience on major industrial construction or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of material control systems and inventory management.
• Proven leadership in large teams and change initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field material control on industrial construction projects.
• Develop and implement material management strategies.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, inventory, tracking, and disposition.
