Job summary

EPI Power is seeking a Sr. Material Control to oversee material receiving, inventory tracking, storage coordination, and distribution for large-scale data center projects.

This role ensures accurate documentation and timely delivery to support project schedules and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in material control or related fields, construction logistics experience, and is open to relocating for future projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in material control, inventory management, warehouse operations, or construction logistics.
• Experience supporting large construction or data center projects preferred.
• Forklift operating experience or certification preferred.
• Electrical construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material receiving, inventory tracking, storage coordination, and material distribution.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and material documentation.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Field teams to support project schedules.
• Resolve material discrepancies and delivery issues.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing material deliveries.
• Ensure materials are properly stored and readily available for construction operations.
• Support inventory audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and field leadership.
