Job summary

Rohadfox Construction Control Services seeks a Senior Materials Compliance Lead to bolster the company’s materials compliance and QA programs across statewide and project‑level delivery. You will oversee sampling, testing, inspection, acceptance, and documentation per policy, ATSER software, and federal regs on projects from $20M to multibillion‑dollar values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or relevant field with 10 years relevant experience, or
• In lieu of education, 14 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of STI Manual and its implementation on active construction programs.
• Thorough understanding of FHWA compliance for federal‑aid projects.
• Experience directing ATSER QMS, materials laboratory operations, and field sampling/testing programs.
• Proven ability to manage materials documentation, traceability, and audit readiness across delivery models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support reporting and executive communication.
