Rohadfox Construction Control Services is seeking a Senior Materials Compliance Lead in Atlanta, GA to support materials compliance and quality assurance programs across projects, from $20M to multi‑billion dollar values. You will oversee sampling, testing, inspection, acceptance, and documentation per policy, ATSER, and federal regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering or 10+ years of experience, or 14 years in lieu of degree, with strong leadership and communication skills

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or relevant degree with 10 years experience, or 14 years relevant experience in lieu of education.
• Demonstrated leadership overseeing materials specifications, testing procedures, and acceptance practices per company policies and standards.
• Thorough understanding of federal materials QA/QC requirements and FHWA compliance for federal‑aid projects.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee materials sampling, testing, inspection, acceptance, and documentation.
• Lead complex materials compliance issues with technical oversight.
• Support statewide materials compliance programs and project delivery.
