Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Material Planning Supervisor in Grapevine for a 100% onsite, full-time role. You will lead aftermarket material planning and demand/supply activities to ensure uninterrupted production and optimal inventory.

Collaboration with Operations, Sourcing, Engineering, and Quality is essential for aligning material strategies with business goals. You will oversee planning teams, drive performance metrics, and manage staffing and budget responsibilities while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
MBA or related discipline is acceptable with sufficient experience.
Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations or supply chain management; 5+ years of direct leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute aftermarket material planning strategies for end-unit and spare parts demand.
Lead demand and supply planning to ensure material availability and uninterrupted production.
Monitor returns, quality issues, and material risks, implementing corrective actions.
Coordinate shipment releases and inventory deployment to meet customer needs.
Partner with Sourcing and Supply Chain to align material strategies with capacity plans.
Manage material allocation across priorities including repairs and aftermarket operations.
Present operational reviews, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership.
