Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of purchasing, planning, supply chain, inventory management, or related experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage large volumes of data.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external business partners.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated understanding of purchasing, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory control.
• Experience working in cross-functional, team-oriented environments.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and demand forecasting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mandarin language proficiency is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create manufacturer purchase orders and transfer tickets for all manufacturing operations required to produce finished goods.
• Coordinate with Production Control to determine production priorities, sequencing requirements, and manufacturing schedules.
• Process local purchase requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with company policies and operational requirements.
• Review, validate, and reconcile vendor invoices prior to submission to Finance for payment processing.
• Investigate and resolve purchase order, sales order, and invoice discrepancies in collaboration with the China Buying Team and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor open purchase orders and manufacturer commitments to ensure timely delivery and supply continuity.
• Support material planning activities by tracking supplier performance, order status, and inventory requirements.
• Assist in prioritizing and expediting customer backorders to support service level objectives.
• Maintain organized purchasing and inventory processes that support efficient warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely movement of materials and resolution of supply-related issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and workflow effectiveness.
• Foster open communication and positive working relationships across departments.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment consistent with company values.
